Digital products

Our resources are digital content delivered straight away. The seller is Tebex Limited, and its terms say a purchase is final except where the applicable consumer law gives you the right to a refund. This page doesn’t change that.

If something doesn’t work

Write to us first: almost everything can be fixed, like a server key that belongs to another Cfx.re account or a clash with another resource.

If the resource doesn’t work as its page describes and we can’t fix it, we look at a refund case by case. The Developer edition includes the source code: once downloaded it isn’t refunded, except where consumer law requires it. If an Owner edition purchase is refunded, the resource is removed from your Cfx.re account.

How to ask

Write to contact@floppystudio.dev with:

• the transaction ID from Tebex’s email,
• your Cfx.re username,
• what happens and, if you can, a screenshot or the console error.

You can also go to Tebex directly, since they take the payment.

Chargebacks

Before you open a chargeback with your bank or PayPal, write to us: it’s usually faster. Chargebacks are handled by Tebex under its terms.
