What this website stores
- No tracking or advertising cookies. To know which pages get visited we use Cloudflare’s cookieless analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics), which only gives us aggregate data. It doesn’t follow you from site to site.
- Your basket. It’s kept in your browser (localStorage): the products you pick, the ID of your Tebex basket and the coupon code if you type one before logging in. It never reaches us, and you can clear it from your browser. The basket doesn’t work without it.
Tebex and Cfx.re
The seller is Tebex Limited: it handles prices, the basket and the payment.
- To show you the price in your currency and with your taxes, your browser asks Tebex directly, and Tebex sees your IP address.
- When you pay, Tebex handles your payment and account details under its privacy policy. We never see your card details.
- To buy, you log in with your Cfx.re account. That login is handled by Tebex and Cfx.re.
For each purchase, Tebex passes us what we need to deliver it and support you: what you bought, your Cfx.re username and your email.
Hosting
This website is hosted on Cloudflare, which handles visitors’ IP addresses to serve the site and protect it from attacks, under its privacy policy.
Discord and email
If you write to us on Discord or by email, we only use what you send to reply to you. What you write on Discord is also handled by Discord under its policy.
Why we use it
- Supporting what you bought: it’s part of the contract.
- Replying to your messages and keeping the site running and safe: our legitimate interest.
We keep messages and purchase details for as long as we need them to support you. Tebex (United Kingdom), Cloudflare and Discord (United States) may handle data outside the EU, with the safeguards described in their policies.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, limit how we use it or object to it, by writing to contact@floppystudio.dev. If you think we’re not handling it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency or the authority in your country.
