Who we are

Floppy Studio is an independent studio making resources for FiveM. You can write to us at contact@floppystudio.dev.

This website shows our FiveM resources and their documentation. We don’t sell from here: purchases happen on Tebex’s checkout.

What you buy

You buy a license to use a resource on FiveM servers, not the resource itself. Each resource comes in two editions:

• Owner (Escrow): the files are protected by Cfx.re’s escrow. They only run on servers whose key belongs to the Cfx.re account you buy with.
• Developer (Open source): includes the source code so you can adapt it to your server.

Payment and delivery

The seller is Tebex Limited: it takes the payment, delivers the product and handles refunds. Your purchase is governed by Tebex’s terms, and nothing on this page changes them. Tebex works out prices, currency and taxes for your country.

Once Tebex confirms the payment:

• The Owner edition shows up in your Cfx.re Portal, under Granted Assets.
• The Developer edition arrives as a download link in Tebex’s email.

Support

If something doesn’t work, write to us on Discord or at contact@floppystudio.dev with your Cfx.re username and the transaction ID from Tebex’s email.

FiveM and Rockstar

To use the resources you need a FiveM server and must follow the Cfx.re platform rules. Floppy Studio isn’t affiliated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or Cfx.re.

Warranty

We do our best to make each resource work as its page describes. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

Changes and governing law

If we change these terms, the date at the top says so. Each purchase is governed by the terms in force when you made it.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you’re a consumer, you keep the protection your country’s law gives you.
